OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and conflict management, ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A background in military service or related fields can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to observe activities and identify potential security threats.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, applying conflict management techniques as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify any security vulnerabilities or safety hazards.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
