Key Responsibilities: Monitor and patrol retail premises during overnight hours to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches Observe and report suspicious activity to management and law enforcement as necessary Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of security activities Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive security coverage during overnight hours Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM) Strong observational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CLEET Phase I and II preferred, but training and licensing will be provided for the right candidates Prior security, loss prevention, or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining a secure environment Benefits & Perks We take care of our team, even on the overnight shift!
