Responsibilities As a leading security officer,you will provide security and customer services for the community and share the following responsibilities: Greeting incoming and outgoing tenants Monitoring CCTV of the building and its surroundings Ensuring proper access control guidelines are followed by guests and vendors Providing incident reports and other reports to building management and Security USA Securing the premises and providing security assistance when necessary Patrolling community shared areas in the building Qualifications Valid FL Security guard license

Responsibilities

The security officer is responsible for monitoring CCTV, controlling building access, and greeting tenants. They must also conduct patrols of shared areas and provide incident reports to management.
