They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification Providing support to tenants and Facilities Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management Responding to emergency situations Contractor management duties Ad-hoc duties     WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong Customer Service Skills Proactive and problem-solving mindset Willing to support and step up as required into other roles Ability to work well in a team or autonomously Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends) Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes) Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable Current First Aid & CPR Certificate   Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
