QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to be multi- task and do critical thinking
• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State
• Must have an active Guard card
• As a condition of employment, the employee must successfully complete a background check
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• One year Supervisory experience·
• Computer Literate·
• Able to work independently and as a team·
• Ability to deal with internal and external customers.

• Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance.
• Assist with complaints from clients.
• Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.
• Able to work extended hours.
• Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment
• Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customers’ expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures.
• Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as-needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support.
