Sunstates Security is currently seeking Full-Time 40hr, Site Supervisor in the Austin, TX area. Monday-Friday Daytime with a pay rate of $26.00/hr- paid weekly.
Job Description
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for security operations, life safety response, event management, crisis response and BAU operations. The Site Supervisor will provide administrative
support for tasks as assigned by eBay Physical Security Operations and Sunstates Security Leadership.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Site Supervisor would be as follows:

  • Manage life safety systems and equipment such as CCTV, Security/Duress Alarms, electronic access control, and any other systems that may be installed at assigned offices.
  • Prompt action is taken to prevent or minimize losses, accidents, arson, property damage or any other security incidents.
  • Ensure effective prompt reporting for both Incidents and observations to provide meaningful real time recommendations of safety and security risks.
  • Interface with line of business leaders in office and region as required.
  • Assist with assigned administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned.
  • Support the Facility Operations team as needed based upon our mutually agreed upon service levels.
  • Submitting work orders to the Facilities team through HUB Services, and tracking status through completion.
  • Vendors check in / escort for various trades such as kitchen replenishment, plant maintenance, general contractors etc.
  • Key control/log of who has vault, master or other important keys.
  • Must have a high level of Google Suite operational knowledge.
  • To be onsite during hours of operation Monday through Friday and during special events / Happy Hours to support Life Safety / on-site emergencies.
  • Provide oversight, training and support to onsite uniformed security to ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Participate in interviews, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Notification of issues, observations and/or incidents through the local Security Operations Manager. Requirements:
  • Texas Level II Unarmed Security License in hand.
  • 2 years of security experience.
  • 4 year of customer service experience.
  • Reliable means of transportation ·

  • Must have open availability to work overtime as needed

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives
