As an Underbody Systems CAE Champ Ford Champ, you will be responsible of Support the Wheels CAE team by delivering standardized, automated finite element analysis (FEA) models for wheel components to enable consistent analysis workflows. This role helps improve model readiness and quality by building reproducible CAE datasets that support a machine-learning database, while also contributing to current program deliverables. In addition, the CAE Champion will support technical decision-making and program tracking through Python-based data processing, database management, and dashboard development—ensuring simulation results, model versions, and key metrics are well organized, traceable, and easy to communicate.
