As our Undergraduate Careers Team Leader, you’ll need substantial experience in Careers or related work, ideally in a business school setting. You should have experience of line management and people development, and experience of project management. You should be passionate about using your experience to inspire and oversee a high performing team to offer an exceptional student experience and enjoy continuing to evolve the Careers provision and trial new initiatives.
UCL School of Management’s students are a highly international and diverse student body, who most typically look to go on to work in Management Consulting, Finance or Technology. Therefore, experience in, or knowledge of, one or more of these sectors is essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a new leadership role within UCL Careers’ School of Management Team, focusing on the oversight and management of our sub-team at undergraduate (UG) level. The team supports the ~700 students on the School’s undergradute programmes across two programmes currently: BSc/MSci Management Science and BSc Information Management for Business, with a new programme BSc International Management launching in September 2025, and additional undergraduate programmes planned to launch in subsequent years.
In this job you’ll work with UG Programme Directors and the Deputy Head of Careers to lead, manage and develop (strategically and operationally) the undergraduate careers provision. Alongside management and leadership, you will also be involved in the delivery of careers provision within UCL School of Management, drawing on your own relevant experience.
