Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community. Service Accounts are the accountancy team within the Service / Aftersales dept. Service Accounts complete a variety of B2B, B2C and Contract financial tasks during the working day, to include billing of customer accounts, financial queries, refunds, statements, contract creation along with telephone interactions for taking and requesting customer payments. In this role, you will be responsible for: Billing of customers accounts Creation and sending of daily invoices Raising refunds Creation of financial B2B statements Creation and amending D&G contracts Debt control - taking and requesting payment Emails and customer queries Customer service Interested?
