1. Collating feedback from CTFs. 2. Acting as a source of information for CTFs and helping to design appropriate CTF induction meetings and packages.
2. Enhancing handover from one group of CTFs to the next. 4. Helping with the agendas and chairing of CTF meetings.
3. Attending weekly UG team meetings with manager, deputy manager, dean and deputy dean. 6. Attendance at the quarterly Undergraduate Medical Education Committee meeting by invite 7.
   Chairing meetings of the CTF cohort and acting as spokesperson(s) in raising queries or concerns with the school in conjunction with the Academy Deans and Director of Undergraduate Medicine The Lead CTF will work on a day-to-day basis with the Academy Undergraduate Manager and administrators, and the UC / UTs who are responsible for organizing the formal teaching programme and clinical placements for that Unit in their Academy.
