Job Description As our Undergraduate Trainee you will join our R&D Backend Framework and DevTools team in Colombo where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements. This role has some specific regular tasks but also has many ad hoc tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to: Participate in all training programs scheduled to get the required knowledge to perform day-to-day assignments. Help seniors to develop and execute manual and automated test cases as part of System / Regression Test activities. Getting involve in DevOps tasks to enhance the QA process. Work closely with Development and Program Management Teams in accomplishing team objectives and tasks. Requirements Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and time-management skills. Good communication (written and verbal) skills. Candidate must have the ability to function as a team player with a positive attitude. Requires 6-12 months full-time commitment. Candidates who are interested in a career in software QA engineering only are welcome to apply. Qualifications Following a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from a reputed university. Candidates should possess at least a minimum current GPA 0f 2.8 or above.
