This roster will be 7:7 and a 12-hour day. We offer both residential opportunities, where you are home each night with your family and FIFO from Perth where you can gain your Qantas frequent flyer points.
About the role
Step into a dynamic allrounder role where your underground experience truly counts. You’ll take the lead on operating RCT remote boggers, support longhole production, and step in with charge-up duties when needed. This is your chance to bring your skills to a high-performing team and make a real impact across multiple facets of our underground operations. No two days will be the same within our Kundana underground team.
About you
You’re an experienced underground operator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Ideally, you bring:
Minimum 12 months’ experience operating underground boggers, including remote operations —preferably using RCT systems
At least 6 months’ drill time on a longhole , with previous charge-up exposure considered a strong advantage
A strong focus on quality outcomes and pride in delivering reliable results
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly within a team
A proactive approach to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Flexibility and readiness to work a 7:7 roster of 12-hour day and night shifts
A valid “C” Class Manual Western Australian Driver’s Licence
