Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from candidates whom are looking to join our underground mining operations. These Entry Level positions, will ensure you come to site and get the appropriate training within our Production (Load & Haul) environment, or roles within our Development & Services departments, receiving comprehensive training to become an experience and well-rounded miner, which ensures you gain experience, training and knowledge in all aspects of underground operations, safety procedures and the underground road network.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Operate Manual 4X4 Vehicles underground (Toyota Landcruiser)
  • Learn to operate large underground mining equipment, trucks, excavators (rock breaking) and Integrated Tool Carrier (IT’s),
  • Promote and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every day.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to through frequent inspection of the workplace.
  • Please note these roles will be available from September 2025 - ongoing
    These roles are available FIFO (fly in, fly out) from Adelaide, DIDO (Drive in, Drive Out), BIBO (Bus in Bus Out) or Residential to Roxby Downs where a shuttle bus service is provided.
