QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of underwriting or financial analysis experience (private credit or commercial lending a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling)
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
• Professional communication and negotiation abilities
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Experience with financial software and underwriting tools (CRM, LMS, or AI-enabled platforms preferred)
