This role will see responsibility for: Preparing and communicating quotations, bindings, policy conditions and mid-term adjustments/ endorsements Negotiating rates/terms with brokers Following up offer of new quotations/renewals Updating reporting systems Development and maintenance of broker relationships including visitations to client offices which may include presentations Ensuring excellent service standards are maintained Answering broker enquiries Working effectively with the team to accomplish agreed underwriting goals About you We’re looking for a self-starter with strong communication and organisational skills, and at least three years of Commercial underwriting experience. You’ll have a solid understanding of client industries, businesses, and risks. Additionally, your market knowledge, interpersonal skills, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships will be key. You thrive in a collaborative, close-knit team environment, have the ability to make sound decisions, and are driven to grow the business through team success while continuously seeking personal development. Responsibilities
