Job description:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an **Underwriter (m/f/d) – Surety Bond / Financial Risk** for our placement-oriented temporary staffing service in Kerpen.

 

Your responsibilities will

include: • Analyzing and assessing credit and solvency risks

• Preparing risk assessments, decision-making documents, and contract terms

• Underwriting surety bonds/secured products and managing existing

portfolios • Communicating with brokers, clients, and credit committees

• Preparing and reviewing contract documents and documenting them in the system

• Collaborating with Risk Analysis, Sales, Legal & Finance.


Your profile

: • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable field

• Experience in underwriting, lending, banking, or risk management

• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of accounting and credit valuation

• Excellent German and English skills

• IT affinity; experience with risk or insurance software is an advantage.
