Your Role: As an Underwriter, you’ll play a pivotal role in our fast-moving organization. You will be responsible for underwriting and documenting: Short-term fix-and-flip and ground-up construction loans Long-term DSCR loans for residential investment properties You will collect, review, and clear borrower documentation, assess collateral risk using our proprietary technology, review appraisals and credit files, and ensure loans are structured and ready for closing. In addition, you will partner with senior team members on portfolio reviews and policy improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy startup environment, makes sound decisions quickly, and is excited to think creatively while maintaining discipline in underwriting standards.
