Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a dynamic and supportive team? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Underwriting Assistant to join our busy Underwriting Department.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As an Underwriting Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our back-office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential administrative support to our Underwriters
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
  • Keeping client and policy files up to date and audit-ready
  • Helping maintain the smooth flow of underwriting processes across the department

This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to build a career in a vital area of the business, with plenty of room to grow.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A background in administration, ideally in a fast-paced, professional setting
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong numerical ability and confidence using IT systems
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage your own workload and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • A collaborative spirit—someone who enjoys working as part of a tea
