As an Underwriting Assistant supporting the Accident and Sickness team within our Excess Underwriting division, you’ll play a vital role in supporting brokers, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the success of our clients. How you'll make an impact Be the trusted point of contact for brokers, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring a seamless underwriting experience. Proactively manage broker expectations by providing timely updates, resolving concerns, and delivering tailored solutions. Support underwriters in the Accident and Sickness team by reviewing applications, verifying compliance, and managing documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Recommend additional coverage options and value-added services to brokers, helping their clients access comprehensive insurance solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, staying informed about industry changes and adapting processes as needed. Maintain accurate records and databases, contributing to a well-organized and efficient workflow. Collaborate with internal teams to address broker inquiries and implement solutions that enhance service delivery.
