Are you passionate about underwriting and eager to drive growth by delivering innovative products and services? Join Gallagher Wholesale as an Underwriting Manager and be part of a team that values diversity, creativity, and excellence.

As the Underwriting Manager for our Wholesale Business in Nottingham, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Head of Underwriting to achieve the team’s objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project work and developing new products
  • Collaborating with new insurers to develop a panel
  • Enhancing our Acturis proposition, including the Acturis dashboard
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Developing our portal and working with Lexis Nexis to enhance the customer journey

In this key role, you will drive financial outcomes, uphold consumer duty principles, and ensure exceptional client conduct. You will also foster a high-performing business environment while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading project work and developing new products
