UNDERWRITING SERVICE SPECIALIST WITHIN MULTINATIONAL INSURANCE PROGRAMS TO ZURICH NORDIC – NORDIC RECEIVED HUB

UNDERWRITING SERVICE SPECIALIST MULTINATIONAL – RECEIVED BUSINESS

Our customers are mainly international and large industrial companies with subsidiaries worldwide. The Nordic Received HUB handles all local policies for Zurich’s multinational customers with subsidiaries in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway & Sweden). We are now looking for an outgoing and ambitious person to join our Nordic Underwriting Services Received team in Helsinki as a Service Specialist.
As a person, you demonstrate strategic thinking and are accurate in your work. You have a problem-solving mind-set, are communicative, and show multitasking capabilities. You understand concepts and instructions quickly and are comfortable making own decisions within your own sphere of work but understand when to seek advice. You like to work in a large team were helping and supporting each other is an essential part of the success. You have an international mindset and like to work in an international environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Experience from the insurance industry is preferred
• Experience in a service role with market-facing activities / direct customer interaction
• Experience within the international insurance market is a plus
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• High digital matureness with strong excel skills
• Ability to work in multiple systems comfortably, working with both speed and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and change
• Interest in continuous improvement of routines and processes

• Implementation and administration of multinational received policies within expected quality and timeline requirements
• Managing and following up on cash collection
• Act as the local contact person for local customers and brokers in respect of services provided by the worldwide Zurich network.
