Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Preparing and verifying the demographic data and projected experience of a plan, and submitting it to the respective carrier before the renewal
  • Experience Reporting and Analysis: Regularly review experience reports, analyze the data, and provide detailed narratives based on the analysis
  • Renewal Projections: Estimate future renewal rate changes based on historical data at set intervals during the benefit plan year
  • Group Benefit Plan Renewals: Manage all tasks related to the renewal process, including analysis, negotiations, detailed report writing, and presentation preparation
  • Group Benefit Plan Marketings: Evaluate the financial details of quotes received from carriers and compare them against current plan costs and details
  • Pricing: Analyze costs of different plan design options
  • Other Projects: Participate in projects as required, serving as the subject matter expert for Underwriting
