Job Description: This role is designed for professionals with proven underwriting support experience who can deliver a higher level of accuracy, consistency, and ownership in their work. As a mid-level role, the Specialist will also take on additional projects, support process improvements, and demonstrate readiness for future advancement into senior-level opportunities. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality underwriting support with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Serve as an experienced team member capable of handling complex assignments with minimal oversight. Take ownership of additional projects that support underwriting operations and departmental goals. Work towards collaborating with Senior Underwriting Support Specialists to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. 1-2 years of premium audit experience 2+ years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or related roles. Proven track record of accuracy, consistency, and quality of work. Ability to take on projects and responsibilities beyond daily tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
