IDEAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Have p revious experience in a Unified Communications or Mobility role.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Relevant Vendor Certifications are desirable , as is exposure to A gile methods of working.

This role is ideal for someone who has mastered at least one of the following technologies and is willing to get exposure to the remainder :

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Teams Telephony and Operator Connect
  • Teams Phone Handsets and Teams Meeting Room Devices
  • Powershell scripting and automation
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain unified communication solutions including Microsoft Teams, Mobile Voice, Meeting Room Systems and Desktop Telephony
  • Monitor, t roubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to UC infrastructure, including endpoints and network dependencies.
  • Provide technical support and perform fault analysis to identify and remediate repeating issues
  • Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
