• Assist in the deployment and support of collaboration solutions
• Support the implementation of innovative technology projects
• Work on UC projects involving intelligent call routing, real-time transcription, and virtual assistants
• Participate in technical planning, documentation, and end-user training
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver seamless communication experiences
• Travel internationally to support project delivery as required
