This role is on-site in our Centennial, CO office with occasional travel and after-hours support—ideal for someone who loves action and flexibility!

Responsibilities
  • Design advanced UC solutions that include desktop/mobile applications, unified messaging, contact center platforms, and SIP/carrier network architecture.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop configurations, scopes of work, and formal proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Deliver high-impact demos and presentations, both virtually and in-person, that simplify complex technology and energize clients.
  • Support the technical sales process from discovery to close—including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Build and maintain lab environments and pilot systems to validate concepts and excite prospects.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, offering pre-sales support and consultative expertise throughout the customer journey.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), mentoring peers and training internal teams to elevate technical knowledge across the organization.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends, competitive offerings, and new product developments.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Document your wins, maintaining accurate records of sales appointments and closed opportunities.
  • Jump in where needed, taking on additional duties that support the team and drive success.
