Job Description The IS&T Unified Endpoint Analyst Team Lead will be responsible for managing projects and tasks that support the overall unified endpoint management (UEM) strategy. This role will focus on end user device (EUD) technical aspects pertaining to organizational projects, hardware and image standards, process and project documentation and EUD security compliance reporting and remediation. The IS&T Unified Endpoint Analyst Team Lead will oversee the execution of technical organizational projects and will be responsible for coordinating the resources, planning, configuration, testing and deployment of various EUD related initiatives. The position will play a leadership role in planning for various refreshes and overseeing their execution, specifically managing progress and escalating any issues to the IS&T User Experience Manager. The IS&T Unified Endpoint Analyst Team Lead will be responsible for efforts around security compliance reporting and remediation pertaining to Children’s workstations, including but not limited to Antivirus, device encryption and patching.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology and/or Technical Project Management
Experience driving process improvement initiatives
Experience creating process and standards documentation
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience driving technical projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Information Technology compliance initiatives (Encryption, Antivirus, Patching)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field is preferred

Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of analysts in managing.
Organizational projects pertaining to end user devices (System projects, IS&T focused projects and facilities projects).
Implementation projects and tasks related to EUDs, including: configuration, integration, and roll-outs.
Responsible for compliance and reporting for workstation patching, AntiVirus and workstation encryption.
Member of the leadership team responsible for: Overall EUD refresh planning and execution support.
Defining and documenting overall system equipment standards.
Executing process improvement initiatives for end user experience as assigned
Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents, engineer permanent solutions, and coordinate implementation.
Follow Change Management process for all changes to production systems, including documenting all changes made to systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
