Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure that colleague uniforms and guest laundry services are managed efficiently and maintained to the highest standard. You will play a key role in upholding our commitment to presentation and service excellence. Duties & Responsibilities * Maintain the uniform room, including issuing uniforms and sending/receiving items from the laundry. * Issue uniforms to new colleagues and assist with alterations as required. * Maintain accurate uniform and linen inventories. * Collect and deliver guest laundry promptly and professionally. * Sort dirty linen for laundry collection and issue clean linen to Room Attendant pantries. * Iron and press uniforms to ensure they are clean, neat, and ready for use. * Carry out repairs and alterations on uniforms, including replacing zips, buttons, and seams. Skills & Experience * Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or laundry operations is desirable. * Basic sewing, mending, and alteration skills, including use of sewing machines and ironing equipment. * Ability to carry out uniform repairs such as replacing zips, buttons, and stitching seams. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * A positive attitude and commitment to high standards of service and presentation. * Available to work on weekends and public holidays if required. * Valid working rights.
