Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Uniform Linen Attendant to join our hospitality team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Linen Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our guests' linens and textiles. Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machines Sort, wash, dry, and fold various types of linens, including bedsheets, towels, and tablecloths Inspect linens for stains, tears, or other damage, and take appropriate action Maintain accurate inventory of linens and supplies Perform basic mending and sewing tasks as needed Ensure proper storage and organisation of clean linens Collaborate with housekeeping staff to meet linen demands efficiently Adhere to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the supervisor Assist in training new team members on linen care procedures Qualifications Secondary school education or equivalent Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred Proficiency in operating laundry equipment and understanding of fabric care techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness Excellent organisational and time management skills Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads Basic mending and sewing skills Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices Ability to work effectively in a team environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Hospitality certifications are advantageous but not required Basic English language skills are beneficial Additional Information What awaits you...
