Evolution Georgia is pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of the Uniform Specialist Job Description Providing daily uniform service: ordering, issuing, replacement, control of wear and tear, cleaning, and utilization; Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and service standards; Uniform stock management: perform regular inventories, achieve tidiness in storage premises; Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Human Resources: ensure availability of uniforms for a new hires / collect uniform from employees leaving the company; New uniforms’ development and delivery process; Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and service standards; Preparing and providing uniforms stock to Studio Desk on timely manner; Maintaining relationship with key suppliers and negotiating competitive contract agreements; Gathering and analysing critical data; Participation in newcomers training process; Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications; Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work. Qualifications Secondary education; Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal. Russian language will be an advantage; Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc. Knowledge of Project Management basics; Business communication, sales, and negotiation skills; Experience and knowledge of Customer Service principles; Interest in fashion and image-making industry, ability to follow trends and guide suppliers and stakeholders on the company needs; High sense of responsibility; Ability to accurately fulfill job related tasks and attentiveness to details; Adaptability and high stress resistance; Analytical skills; Result driven attitude.
