Summary The ideal candidate is responsible for ordering, bidding, distribution, pricing, storing and issuing of uniforms within the Resort. Essential Functions Job duties include, although are not limited to: •    Responsible for ordering, receiving, distribution, pricing, storing and issuing of all uniform goods. •    Ensures all employees and managers uniforms are fitted and altered in a timely fashion.  •    Assist Managers and all staff with any uniform inquiries. •    Receiving and inventory of used uniforms, to be re-issued to future employees. •    Identify dead stock quantities, assign values, and find viable options for the disposal of these goods (i.e. returns, trade in for alternate styles, and/or sizes, donations, and liquidations). •    Ensure the Uniform Warehouse and Tailor Shop are kept in a clean and organized manner. •    Coordinate bi-yearly physical inventory of the Uniforms Department and produce relevant reports in a timely manner.  •    Supervise staff of 2 non-exempt employees.  •    Uniforms warehouse items to be stored, labeled, and issued according to standard operating procedures.  •    Check on daily requisitions, and assist the seamstress when needed.  •    Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers. Internal Relationships Reports to VP of Resort Operations. External Relationships Has regular contact with vendors. Qualifications and Education/Experience Requirements •    Minimum of  3 years direct supervisory or lead management experience in a Uniform Warehouse for a purchasing department at a large plant operation of a hotel/resort.   Physical Requirements  Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing. In the United States, we are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
