ObjectBox is seeking a creative, and enthusiastic student (working student / internship) with a growth-mindset who wants to learn and grow together with us while getting things done. The opportunities are endless; here are some of the things you would be doing:
- Data analysis, KPI, market research
- Hands on assistance with marketing and sales tasks
- Gain insights into a deep tech startup, learn about day-to-day operations and business management, learn a bit about ISO9001 (we are certified)
- Be part of strategy meetings, help shape it
- Depending on skillset: Storytelling, crafting slides, pitchdecks, and texts alongside an exciting storyline
- Depending on skillset: Write articles, produce videos, produce images, produce icons, optimize our website, community management
- Depending on skillset: Support team management and recruiting (HR processes)
- Depending on skillset: Coding (if you already have relevant coding experience and are a quick learner, you would not be the first to grow into a developer role quickly with us)
- Learn to use new tools like Hubspot, GitBook, Wordpress, Confluence, GitLab and many more
✅ What You Bring
- You are technically savvy and feel at home in the digital world (we use a lot of digital tools and being able to learn them quickly is of the essence)
- High level of motivation
- Hands on mentality: you aren’t afraid to jump in and implement ideas yourself, you are dilligent and driven and really want to grow and learn as much as possible
- Bachelors or Masters in a somehow relevant field (anything from Computer Science, Physics, Maths to Business Administration, Marketing)
- Fluent in English
- Any kind of track record for getting things done
- 2+ years of any kind of work experience (e.g. call center, services), ideally in business development, entrepreneurship, marketing, analytics, or a related field
