Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Private Assessor, you’ll lead the charge in residential insurance claims — inspecting, assessing, and advocating for homeowners after events like storms, floods, or fires. You’ll work independently, but never alone. Backed by a driven, supportive team that’s always levelling up together.

Maximise claim outcomes for clients while confidently navigating ever-changing insurer processes with resilience and care.

  • Representing homeowners through the insurance claims process
  • Conducting & reviewing desktop damage assessments
  • Building clear, factual, claimable cases
  • Communicating with insurers, builders, and other stakeholders
