JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience, have achieved a NVQ Level 2 Qualification, and be competent in all aspects of ladies’ and men’s hairdressing.
The position available is to start as soon as possible.
Confidence in all hair colouring techniques is essential alongside great customer service and communication skills are paramount.
Education is the key to success and ongoing education with brands such as Moroccan Oil, Paul Mitchell, Ghd, Alfaparf, K18 and Olaplex is also given to all team. Advanced Cutting and Colouring and Perming education is also given to continually build your skill set. Let us help you build your career for the future, so this is not just a job.

Responsibilities .

• Deliver high-quality hair cutting, colouring, styling and barbering services to clients, ensuring satisfaction with each appointment.
• Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries and taking payments at the end of each service.
• Professional homecare products advice to enhance client experience and boost personal and salon revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon, ensuring all tools and products are well-kept.
• To attend all hairdressing education given to continually grow your professional development and ongoing skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of NVQ level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a Unisex Hairdresser with visual evidence or social media displaying a portfolio of work.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Computer booking skills are helpful.
• A proactive approach to recommending services and products to enhance client satisfaction.
