JOB SUMMARY

Naturals UK Salon looking for skilled unisex hairdresser to manage full range of hair services for both men and women.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Experience in store management is advantageous but not essential
• Knowledge of barbering techniques is desirable
• Ability to mentor and train junior stylists effectively
• Proficiency in eyelash extensions and makeup application is a plus
• A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client expectations
• Perform barbering services as required
• Engage with clients to offer personalised consultations and recommendations
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records
• Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development
• Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application when required
• Foster strong communication with clients to build lasting relationships
