The Intensive Care Unit at Maidstone Hospital is looking for a unique individual to join our team to provide comprehensive clerical, secretarial and administrative support.
This individual will often be the first line of contact in dealing with relatives and will need exceptional people and time management skills. They will need to have a warm and welcoming attitude with excellent communication and listening skills as our visitors are often understandably anxious and distressed.
This post requires adaptability and reliability, this is a fast-changing environment and no day will be like another.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have excellent IT skills and be able to liaise with a diverse group of health professionals and other hospital departments.
