Our community includes 243 independent living apartments, a 69-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40-apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20-apartment Memory Support Center. As a Unit Assistant at The Meadows of Napa Valley, you will be responsible for receiving and coordinating incoming calls while ensuring that resident and visitor’s needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner. You will maintain a high level of customer service and participate in person-centered, individualized care activities while assisting in the continuity of the exchange of information between departments.
