Performs clerical duties for the Resident Unit and assists members of the heath team with specified duties. Experience Previous experience as a Unit\Ward Clerk is required. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Grade 12. Unit Clerk certification required. Medical terminology required. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employer policy. Certification/Licensure/Registration Not Applicable Qualifications and Skills Accurate, effective communication in English required. Legible handwriting. Computer experience an asset. Demonstrated keyboard skills required. Typing essential 40 wpm. Works within the Centre's core values, philosophy, vision, C.Q.I. goals, policies and procedures. Works cooperatively with others.
