Credit Policies & Procedures Developing credit policies & procedures in consultation with all stakeholders, along with timely review & updation of the same. Supporting business units in development of Target Markets & Risk Acceptance Criteria (RAC). Providing input into evaluation of new products & product programs. Timely review of Global Risk Appetite Statement along with monitoring against approved thresholds, and its periodic reporting to the Senior Management, and BRMC. Reviewing memos prepared for SBP and providing input where business has sought any relaxation / waiver / deferral to any regulatory requirement. Providing guidance / interpretation of policies / procedures to stakeholders viz, Business, Risk, CAD, BRR / Audit etc. CRM coordination as CRC for Risk Function, and updation of compliance status. Circulation of regulatory guidelines / revisions in regulations received and its tracking for CRM. Quarterly reporting of Lending Survey to SBP, and any coordination for adhoc surveys. Attending adhoc requirements by ADB, IFC, McKinsey, PwC, RBS Framework, AFFCO etc for various projects in progress. Coordinating for IRCR project led by PwC / ERM team to provide relevant update / validation. Credit Portfolio Management & Reporting Regularly reviewing and streamlining comprehensive credit portfolio reports for submission to senior management committees and Board Risk Management Committee. Overseeing arrangement of source information/ MIS for the portfolio reports, and streamlining this information/ processes for developing the reports. Capital Planning for assessing Segment Level Portfolio / RORAC% position vis-à-vis Revenues, RWA & Capital Consumption. Reporting of Foreign Trade Due Diligence to CRMC. Risk Appetite Reviewing & Monitoring Regularly reviewing, refining, and monitoring the bank’s risk appetite and ensuring periodic submission to the senior management and Board Risk Management Committee for review. Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) Regularly reviewing and proposing the ICAAP of the bank ensuring accuracy, documentation, and monitoring of the same. BRMC Meetings Overseeing preparation of agenda files/ papers for the BRMC meetings. Guiding / coordinating with stakeholders on document submission as per Corp Office requirements Reviewing memos requiring BRMC / BOD approval through circulation. Internal Audit & SBP Inspection Coordinating internal audit/ SBP inspection of the Risk Management function, and tracking / follow-up for timely submission of data / information.
