Job description: We are hiring a Unit Incharge (Production) who will manage daily production activities, supervise the production team, and ensure targets are met with required quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with 4 – 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment (preferably garments/apparel). Responsibilities Manage daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved on time. Monitor machine utilization and report any breakdowns or delays. Supervise production staff and ensure proper attendance and discipline on the floor. Ensure production quality meets company standards and buyer requirements. Coordinate with Quality, Fabric Checking, and Warehouse teams for smooth workflow. Maintain production records (daily output, wastage, rework). Ensure correct materials and accessories are used for each order. Help resolve production issues and improve efficiency. Follow safety, cleanliness, and workplace discipline standards. Requirements 4 - 5 years of experience as Unit Incharge / Production Supervisor. Basic understanding of garment/apparel production processes. Ability to manage workers and meet production deadlines. Basic reporting and coordination skills. Responsible, punctual, and problem-solving attitude.
