Key Responsibilities To implement action plans and strategies for the unit in adherence to the company’s policies and procedures Sharing of best practice across the unit as when required. Monitoring the overall functions of the unit and to ensure smooth execution from time to time To immediately rectify matters pertaining to the unit and to liaise with the Head, Auto Collection & Recovery on any unsolved matters To take necessary measures and corrective actions in ensuring smooth recovery activities in the unit. Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates by acting as coach, mentor, manager and motivator to achieve maximum productivity. Ensure initiatives and action plans are carried out correctly and properly by the unit’s staff Ensure staff motivational rate and teamwork are at the highest level at all times To instill correct work ethic in each staff in the unit and to comply with the company’s Code of Ethic Perform yearly KPI appraisal for all staff under his/her supervision. Ensure Good Rating on all audit reviews. To achieve, meet and exceed Repossession, Redemption, Disposal, Local Authority and Field Visit targets set by the management To ensure the unit comply to the circulars and guidelines outlined in delivering results Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the management from time to time Ensure high performance culture from Repossession, Redemption, Repo Support, Disposal, Local Authority and Site Visit team. Qualifications Degree Holder and above Relevant Work Experience Similar Collection Centre Competencies/Skills Public speaking skills Friendly, clear, strong communicator Knowledge in Microsoft software, eg. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Basic Analytical Skills Knowledge of Collection and Recovery requirements Good communication skill Good attitude Able to speak in front of crowds/groups Charismatic and able to motivate staff Promote efficiency & competitive advantage by developing the skills of employees
