The Unit Manager assists in supporting and leading their individually assigned collection group to accomplish monthly goals, and coordinates with the Collection Manager to enforce company and client policies. Requirements Maintain personal collection goal without falling below 100% of revenue goal for two consecutive months. Provide aid and leadership to their individually assigned collection group. Teach and grow individual staff members' negotiation, tasking, and talk-off skills, while managing a personal collector budget. Maintain minimal administrative tasks at a maximum of 1 hour per day. Aid the Collection Manager in enforcing company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum of 2 years of relevant collections operations experience in the BPO sector. Must be goal- and success-driven with solid analytical skills. Must be technology literate. Assertive team player with a positive attitude and high energy level, capable of being assertive while complying with all applicable state and federal laws. Goal-oriented and competitive; must be able to handle deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Emotionally intelligent and willing to undertake any challenge. Effective and professional communicator with strong conflict resolution skills. Works well with others.
