Willowbrook Care Centre is a 31 bedded facility located in Osborne Park, a leafy residential suburb in the heart of BT9. The centre is conveniently connected to both the Lisburn Road and the Malone Road. The centre is specifically designed to cater for a range of complex needs including but not limited to learning disability, brain injury and physical disability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the Home Manager to ensure the Home is fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Supervising and supporting the team of Nursing & Care Staff by facilitating professional growth and development.
• Effectively identifying quality and performance concerns and ensuring staff training deficits are appropriately actioned.
• Providing appropriate quality assurance through conducting audits & subsequent service delivery improvements.
• Assisting the Home Manager with the completion of staff rotas to ensure the appropriate skill mix.
• Maintaining open lines of communication with the Home Manager and the broader Senior Management Team.
