You’ll play a key role in staff development, compliance, and resident care—ensuring that every team member and resident receives the support they need. This position reports to the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing Services.   Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate nursing staff within your assigned unit * Ensure care delivery aligns with all federal, state, and local regulations * Monitor resident outcomes and implement improvements * Provide training, guidance, and performance support to nursing team members   Qualifications: * Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (preferred) * Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (required) * Proven experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a related healthcare setting * Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, regulations, and patient care protocols * Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred   Why Volare Health?
