We are looking for a seasoned Unit Manager to own and evolve our enterprise-wide risk management framework shaping and maintaining Luminor's Risk Policy, Risk Appetite Framework, RAS, ICAAP, Recovery & Resolution Planning, subsidiary oversight as well as acting as second line function for solvency and business model risks. It’s a dynamic environment that keeps you learning, growing, and never bored Gross salary. 5,100 - 7,400 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies How You Will Make an Impact: Owning and enhancing Luminor's overarching Risk Management Framework (Risk Policy, Risk Appetite Statement and Risk Appetite Framework) and overseeing its implementation by the respective teams of the 1st and 2nd lines. Leading the ICAAP process and supporting senior management in decision-making through robust risk and capital insights. Overseeing Recovery & Resolution Planning, including governance, documentation and regulatory engagement. Enhancing the internal framework ensuring effective oversight of subsidiaries. Acting as a 2nd line function for Solvency Risk and Business Model Risk. Managing and developing the team, ensuring delivery of business-as-usual activities alongside key strategic initiatives. Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the bank. What Makes You a Great Fit: Good understanding of key regulatory expectations on ERM frameworks and processes, in particular ICAAP, Recovery and Resolution Planning. Good understanding of Bank’s products, processes, data and IT systems and the risks they might pose for the bank. Previous managerial experience, minimum 3 years. Coaching and people development skills. Cross functional and cross border cooperation skills. Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability. Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly. Process and project management focused thinking. Business acumen and ability to get buy-in from key stakeholders.
