We are growing our team to enhance the care at Marianhill in response to the new Fixing Long-Term Care Act. As a result, we are recruiting for a Full Time Unit Manager.
Marianhill is a faith based, not-for-profit organization that provides long-term care, complex continuing care, community support services, palliative and hospice care services. Marianhill is accredited with Exemplary Standing.

• Performs direct clinical care (i.e. skin and wound) clinical assessments and ensures proper updates to resident plan of care.
• Evaluates required clinical programs such as Falls Prevention, Skin and Wound Care, Palliative Care and Quality of Life Programs.
• Responds promptly to concerns of residents and family members, mediating a satisfactory response to concerns and implementing action plans to avoid reoccurrence of similar issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned applicable within nursing and management roles
