- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).About this work area
As the People & Culture Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring all People and Culture administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant.
- Assisting on the shop floor to support when coverage is needed
- Supporting the People and Culture team with the recruitment and on-boarding of new co-workers.
- Supporting the People and Culture team to ensure all administration tasks connected to employment law are completed in a timely manner.
- Providing support for first level HR enquiries including policies and procedures, enterprise agreement, leave entitlements, etc.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient uniform management system.
- Supporting the People & Culture Generalist with data reporting and other tasks where required.
- Other Ad hoc administrative tasks related to creating a great and efficient co-worker experience.
