The Unit Price Analyst is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and optimizing the costs associated with construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in economic proposals. This includes breaking down costs into materials, labor, equipment, and tools, as well as maintaining consistency and coherence with market conditions and project specifications.

EDUCATION:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in similar roles in the construction sector.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Advanced Excel skills and database management.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with international standards in construction.
