Responsibilities

Based in Sydney for a one-year fixed term role, the UNITE Remediation Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting Customer Service Remediation by designing, maintaining, and enhancing data solutions across payments, reporting, and reconciliation to accommodate changes driven by the UNITE program. This includes debugging, testing, and ensuring data accuracy and system reliability, while also providing responsive, ad hoc technical support to stakeholders. The role focuses on assessing operational impacts, uplifting existing systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, all while collaborating closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and timely remediation outcomes.
