JOB TITLE: UK SALES MANAGER

Paul Reed Smith Guitars is looking for a UK Sales Manager to join our European team. This role is focused on growing the PRS brand across the UK and Ireland—both by strengthening relationships with our valued retail partners and by identifying new business opportunities.
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial skills, a solid understanding of Profit & Loss, and at least five years’ experience in musical instrument distribution. You’ll also need to be a guitar player, have a genuine passion for the instrument, and thrive as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, approachable personality
  • At least five years’ experience in musical instrument distribution, with strong knowledge of the UK and Ireland markets
  • A proven track record in sales and key account management, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to confidently demonstrate guitars and related products
  • Strategic, commercially-minded, and comfortable using data to drive long-term results
  • Full, clean UK driving licence

Responsibilities

As UK Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to execute our sales strategy and ensure that the full PRS portfolio is available across the UK and Ireland—both online and in-store.

You’ll report to the European Sales Directors and be trusted to manage your time independently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with current and new retail partners, delivering an excellent brand experience
  • Provide field training to dealers and end users on PRS products and processes
  • Stay on top of European inventory levels and upcoming arrivals
  • Work closely with the demand planning team to align targets and trends
  • Track product and market trends; report back with insights and make recommendations to support R&D and commercial strategy
  • Prepare monthly plans and present them during sales meetings
  • Maintain deep product knowledge, including historical understanding of PRS guitars
  • Collaborate/Coordinate with the European Marketing team to ensure retail partner promotions are fully supported
